Licensed esthetician, entrepreneur, and founder of Waxed by Sandi LLC and Waxed by Sandi Academy.
My mission is simple: to help you stop guessing, start strategizing, and build a beauty business with confidence.
I did not build my business overnight. I built it one client, one lesson, one system, and one improvement at a time.
Like many beauty professionals, I entered this industry because I loved the craft. I invested in my education, perfected my skills, and committed myself to delivering an exceptional client experience. But I quickly realized something was missing.
No one taught me how to build the business behind the beauty.
I had to learn how to market myself, attract the right clients, develop systems, create policies, build a recognizable brand, improve my online visibility, and make decisions that would allow my business to grow sustainably.
Through trial, education, experience, and consistency, I discovered that talent alone is not enough. Talent gets clients in the door. Strategy keeps them coming back. Systems create consistency. Education builds confidence.
Those lessons inspired me to create Waxed by Sandi Academy. Not to sell empty promises or overnight success, but to provide practical business education rooted in real experience.

Do I have to be licensed?
No. Esthetics students and aspiring beauty professionals are welcome to book coaching. Whether you are preparing to launch or already in business, coaching is tailored to your current stage.
Which coaching program is right for me?
Beauty Business Strategy Session is best if you need clarity, direction, and a personalized action plan. The 90-Day Beauty Business Accelerator is for ongoing coaching, implementation, and accountability. The CEO Intensive is for established beauty professionals who want an immersive, high-level coaching experience.
What happens after I book?
After your purchase, you will receive a welcome email, your Client Success Agreement, a Client Intake Questionnaire, and instructions for scheduling your coaching session if applicable. Once your onboarding is complete, we begin your coaching experience.
How are coaching sessions held?
Coaching sessions are held virtually by Zoom, FaceTime, or phone depending on your package and preference. CEO Intensives are conducted in person at Waxed by Sandi or at your business location depending on the option you select.
How long are coaching sessions?
Beauty Business Strategy Session: 60 minutes. 90-Day Beauty Business Accelerator: three 60-minute coaching sessions. CEO Intensive: full-day experience plus a follow-up coaching session.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible Pay in 4 options are available for qualifying clients purchasing the 90-Day Beauty Business Accelerator or CEO Intensive through GlossGenius at checkout. Eligibility and approval are determined by the payment provider.
What topics can we cover?
Topics may include business strategy, branding, ideal client development, pricing, Instagram strategy, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, client attraction, client retention, memberships, business systems, policies, marketing, and growth planning. Every coaching experience is personalized to your goals.
Will you manage my social media or build my business for me?
No. Waxed by Sandi Academy provides education, coaching, and strategic guidance. Coaching equips you with the knowledge and tools to confidently implement proven strategies within your own business.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Every business is different, and success depends on implementation, consistency, market conditions, and effort. The goal is to provide practical strategies, honest feedback, and actionable guidance to help you build a stronger business.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited. No-shows are considered completed appointments and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Are coaching fees refundable?
No. All coaching services are non-refundable due to the time reserved, preparation completed, and digital resources provided.
Can I contact you between sessions?
Support is included according to the coaching package you purchase. Refer to your package details for the length and type of follow-up support included.
What if I need additional coaching after my program ends?
You are always welcome to continue your journey with Waxed by Sandi Academy. Academy alumni may book additional coaching sessions or enroll in future programs as they become available.
